Fiat 1100 E Monterosa, 1950 that made a world tour. Number plate PA 18000.
Yes , 1 point for you ! ;)
I couldn't fail this one; I have a 1100 EL Monterosa 1950 (I'm going to restore it) that's perhaps the only one left among the six built, and that may be the one winning a class price at Venice's Elegance Concours in 1950. So I'm quite informed about Monterosa!
It's great !
Have you some photos!

Any relation with SAC#430 ( Fiat 1100 E Monterosa, 1950 and a world tour ) ?
I guess so! I didn't recognize it! :)
Can you give some more info? Who made that world tour? Where was the pic taken? And when?
Locked for SACO!
A world tour with departure of Palermo in 1950 !
But I don't know the driver ! ( It is difficult to translate Italian into English for me ) ;D
The pic of the puzzle was made a little later and on a different occasion.
Unlocked again!
At least I can reveal the unaltered pic now:
I don't know in what occasion the quiz picture was taken, I just can add that this Fiat 1100E Monterosa was a 1949 model with PA-18000 plate.
For a point I need:
the travelling man.
the place where this pic was taken and why.
The driver was Franco Nacci, publisher of a magazine called Italia Mondo..I very much doubt that two world tours were undertaken with the same car. Could the picture have been taken in 1951 after the return in Palermo?

First part is correct. It's indeed Signor Nacci.
I have it as a 1951 picture and I'm quite sure about it.
So, where was it made? Locked for you till your next reply!
You can unlock..I have no idea.

The picture was taken in Munich when Signore Nacci stopped at the ADAC (German automobile club) headquarters to have his checklist signed, as a proof he has been to Munich.
wow!
I was just about to post this. It was quite simple to find after the name and year was known!
I didn't know...I want to add a picture of the magazine.

do you have an extended picture? I'd like to give it to "meine kollegen" of Adac Italien!
Nothing better than Allemano's picture in reply #25.
