The wheels and the engine hood louvers might suggest an Amilcar.

The owner of this car is desperately trying to find more period photographs of it, particularly which show the front end. Many years of searching have only come up with this one well-known image. There is nothing in the Lancefield archive about the car. Can anyone help? Lots of points and maybe a real reward if anybody can find a front-end shot of this car in 1935....
