Body by a French coachbuilder - Facel?

The design of the wings, and the headlamps positioned inside them suggest to me that this is perhaps a pre-war car which has been rebodied. The majority of coachbuilt Simca 8 cars had the post-war style of barchetta bodywork. Even Figoni et Falaschi made some which were relatively subdued.

Was it built post-war, do you know ?

(Body by Marais from the 1950s, chassis is from a Fiat 1100, grille from a Simca 6)
