A Voisin Biscuter with a special narrow body, made by Gabriel Voisin for french factors. The rear platform was able to receive parcels, letters and so on.

"the Postman single seater", en français "la monoplace du postier". It seems Gabriel Voisin built that one-shot prototype in 1956.

This car was a project of Mr. Voisin for the Poste Française and was known as "Monoplace du Facteur". Incidentally, isn't a Biscuter as that name was applied by Autonacional in Spain for the Biscooter Voisin made near Barcelona, as "u" in Spanish sounds as "oo" in English, anyway it wasn't a Biscooter either as was single seat or Monoplace...

That's it!
I had it as being based on the C31, but it doesn't actually say that on the Voisin website so maybe it's just loosely based on it.  But it does refer to it as a "variation on the Biscooter theme".

Apparently it never took off because the Parisian postmen preferred their 2CV vans!

Here's a picture of it on trial in Paris, although it looks substantially different from the puzzle car to me..:
