I post here a period advertisement for Graber which is why I thought it was a 1939 Dodge which this artist rendering is identified as.

As well, I found another photo of a very similar car that was in a thread about Pourtout coach work. The poster did not positively identify it as the puzzle car, he just said it was similar.
