Sorry , but according to my searches it's a Renault ! ;D
Locked for WayneB !

I found the photo I think you got the mystery car from, the caption just says 66 Ziri, but the second photo you posted proved more forthcoming.
Taken on the starting grid of the Sports 1000cc race at the 1955 Morocco Grand Prix of Agadir, it lists the car as 66 Ziri Renault.
The most info I could find ATM looking at other grid listings for the event was that its driver was Ziri Haim, and the car is a Renault 4CV.
Its probably based on a 4CV, but I suspect the body may have been by Barquette Rispal , but I cant prove it ATM.
-
Yes ! Renault (4cv ? ) drive by Ziri Haim at the 1955 Morocco Grand Prix of Agadir
the car look like a Panhard by Riffard !
and sorry for my hesitations !
1 point for WayneB :)

Thanks Saco! :)
Hopefully some more info on this obscure car can be found in the future.

Well, I let the right hand drive lead my guesses up the garden path
Serves me right for making blind guesses and not going searching. :-[
