1965 Mustang Mach I Concept?
It's based on a Mustang Mach I, but that's not enough for a point...
'Concept' is not the right term here I think.
Since a search for the "usual suspect" kustomizers didn't turn up anything close, how about a wild guess of a Mustang Mach I by Dave Kindig?

Mustang Mach I by Dave Kindig?
Not by him, but I think it's indeed a
custom rather than a 'concept'
1972 Mach One custom built by Staten Medsker with Summerlin Auto Body in Las Vegas ,USA. Medsker later founded the Culebra International/SCM Motors.
I don't know how you find it with the little info given ::) ... but nevertheless it's the correct car.
A front view:
Please identify this car for a point.

Modified Ford Mustang Mach 1?
The base/donor was a Mustang, most likely from 1969-73. I don't know anything else about the base/donor car.

By the way, the exact location of your photo can be determined with some investigation. In addition to the registration plate, note in the background: a) the building (a city landmark at the time, but unrecognizable today), b) cars of a particular brand, and c) the street sign in the upper right corner (difficult to read, I know).
Along with my earlier hint (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/master-autopuzzles/gte-760/msg657673/#msg657673), this puzzle shouldn't be difficult to crack.

The lot in the foreground was a Cadillac dealer. However, the building in the background--larger than it appears--was unrelated to the dealership.

Yes!
I seem to have lost the ability to award points after the recent upgrade, but I'll do so as soon as the issue is fixed.
By the way, the photos (front and rear) were provided by Medsker's son and were taken at Cadillac Square in Seattle in the late 1970s.
Good Job!!
Merged
Thank you!!
