It's based on a Mustang Mach I, but that's not enough for a point...
'Concept' is not the right term here I think.

Since a search for the "usual suspect" kustomizers didn't turn up anything close, how about a wild guess of a Mustang Mach I by Dave Kindig?

1972 Mach One custom built by Staten Medsker with Summerlin Auto Body in Las Vegas ,USA. Medsker later founded the Culebra International/SCM Motors.

The base/donor was a Mustang, most likely from 1969-73. I don't know anything else about the base/donor car.
