yes it is Rayton Fissore Taxi concept based on Ritmo 1.3 mechanics build for Turin City
it was made using patented technology called Univis

The same body process was used later with greater success on the Rayton Fissore Magnum. It seems Univis was a simpler way of assembling body panels to a frame.
