MICROCAR RJ French voiturette made between 1985-86
-
It is a Microcar from the "L-GL-GLX" generation.
More precisely, it is the facelift version, with a longer nose and flush-mounted headlights (borrowed from a Fiat Panda). The first gen had the trim name before the engine number (L 50, GL 50, GLD 50), these versions reverted it.
I bet it is the 300 GL, with the bigger 273 cc Yanmar L60 (replacing the tiny 199 cc L40 used on the LD/GLD 50), as the picture seems to be taken at the Jeanneau Microcar stand at the 1986 Paris Motorshow.
One year later, a twin-cylinder 600 GL, using the "monster" Ruggerini 654 cc became available with this body, as well as a restyled 125 GL. Another big change was the fitting of a brand new braking system, removing the weird-as-hell Luchier "annulus discs" to more classical drums.

Bump!
-
point goes to cmetisse as he mentioned the name Jeanneau, same as in my source
-
But the name of the car is not Jeanneau Microcar, but - as cmetisse stated - Microcar 300 GL. The Jeanneau name is not part of the vehicle's name. So you should change the header.

Yes, the confusion is coming from the Microcar brochures, that used a "Microcar by Jeanneau" motto from 1980 to 1988. They changed it to a "Microcar Automobiles" naming on the last brochures of the "L-GL-GLX" range, and then of course on the Spid for the 89 MY.
Here is some samples of brochures to give a better explanation of the confusing Microcar nameplates :

The facelifted 300 GL is here :

And, as I said, the second generation of Microcar was launched in fall 1984, with trim level before engine capacity names. Here is an example, for the 86 MY range :
