Looks like a 2CV based Morgan inspired trike,Lomax maybe or Aero cycle cars

The windscreen looks similar to the one fitted to the Burton.

Just seen the badge on the nose - I think it says KT. Is this what you're looking for? The owner made it over a 5 year period from a 2CV 1986/87 model , and it is registered as a trike.
