I think it's a 1954 Alfa Romeo Disco Volante Recreation Built by Carrozzeria Corasco of Turin, using a chassis of a 1954 Alfa Romeo 1900 Super

Gosh, that was quick!  Well done Goseatonio, its is an Alfa Romeo 1900, rebodied by Carrozzeria Corasco (in 1968) to resemble a Disco Volante.
