Hope the front suspension is caused by the angle on the front suspension.

British?

It is British, but not a Paul Bailey creation.

Can't believe this has made it up as high as the Pros level, but it has, though don't thing it will hang around for very long now.

Well done PJ; another point to you.  As I said, I really didn't think this one would have made it as far as the Pros.  The Aquila was a British kit car, based on a Ford Mondeo.  The project is currently for sale, including all moulds, etc. if anyone fancies becoming a car maker!

Aquilla or Aquila, Djetset, it's a mistake or not?

Aquila, with one 'l'.

Doesn't it mean 'Eagle' in Italian (or was that Latin..?)

Yes, it should be Aquila.
I wrote 'Aquilla' because that's how it's written in a certain book and in some sources (that can be wrong, of course)...and we had Firenza, Sorento, Rioma... after all  ;D

Hmm, I think I can guess which book you mean PJ  ;)  As we know, it is sadly riddled with mistakes.

Thanks Dzima, this pics reminds me why I left Aquilla with 2 'l'.
In that book there is a clear view of this car with the word 'Aquilla' clearly readable on the plate, like in this pic.

The maker's site says: "Aquilla Sports"

QuoteComplete Kit car manufacturing project. Jigs, Moulds, one complete demonstrator with Rover V8 engine, one part built rolling chassis, one new chassis, etc, etc, etc. Great opportunity to start your own business.
