From memory this car is not electric, unlike your car which looks like the Danish Hope Whisper.

Sorry Quiller and all other fellow Autopuzzlers who have been patiently waiting from a response from me.  Been away from Autopuzzles for a few weeks, busying myself with putting the final touches to this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed, before now getting stuck into the Goodwood Revival in a few weeks time. 

This car is of course the GE  Plastics Vector II, based around a Citroen AX.  Bravo Quiller, you now have your 250th point!
