This is the Czech Alpha microcar prototype, designed by Belgian Benoît Contreau (of ERAD fame) and using Skoda Felicia headlights and tail lamps.

I did not know a bout the designer. I have it as MTX Alpha from ~1994, sot the point is yours. Well done!
