Found the car, it's for sale at a classic car dealer. They call it a Fiat 500 Sport Siata Barchetta from 1948

Are you sure this car is not simply a car with the engine head from Siata? Do you have a picture without the plate hidden? Then, if it is from 1948 it cannot be a 500 C based.
