The only Wendler Mercedes I can find is this one.  Is it really the same car?:

Definitely not the same car.  The previous car was from 1950, and is a Mercedes-Benz 320.

This puzzle car has round front wheel openings, lacks the spare tire storage behind the front wheel, and seems shorter in height.

The car was a previous puzzle, I saw it but now I can't find it and I seem to have erased the PM. :-[
Here's another view.

There was a 1952 Wendler-bodied Mercedes-Benz 220 Cabriolet before, link below, but it's not the same car:

No not that one, it's a colour picture of the silver car only partially visible under a pile of things/junk in a garage or ????
I think the PM was from Otto Puzzle. I can't find how to see the messages I've sent, I answered so it has to be there?

PMs you send are only saved if you tick the box to save them to your Outbox file; otherwise they disappear into the ether forever!

That's the one, amazing how it did not show up when searched, neither by "Mercedes Benz 220"  nor "Wendler"
Now that I know how I'll save my future sent PMs thanks.
