I think this may be a rather rare 1934/'35 Aries cabriolet.

Yes, it's an Aries of 1934 vintage.
I'll LOCK it for you to come up with the model and coachbuilder.

Well this turned out to be a lot easier than I thought it would be.  One of my standard on-line references has the car.  It is listed as an:
"Aries Super 10 50 Cabriolet By Antem (1934)".
