I found in my archive this picture that's probably the same car of the quiz.
I just have a name and a place, Decca from Melbourne.

Yes it is a Decca

I have no clue, but as lotus nine is from 1957, I suppose the Decca to be some years hunger, and I guess 1959-60.

It's actually from 1957 so the point is yours'
There were actually two Deccas - one a Climax-engined sports racer and this Lotus-inspired one.
