A hundred year ago this car was new...what's it, and who coachbuilt it, for who?  Three answer for just a point.

Lancia Eta 1912 by Schutter & van Bakel (built in the spring of 1913) for the Sultan of Jogjakarta (Indonesia), Hamengko Buwono VII.
