For one point: What is this car?

Only a correct, complete and specific answer will earn a point; tag-on's to other guesses will not. So, be specific and complete!

I guessed the marque, and then had no trouble finding your image car. But I still don't know the origin of this particular car - as far as I know Delahaye only made GP cars from the 145 onwards. I'm guessing this was made in period from a sports car by someone wanting to take part in GP races, or is a later conversion for historic racing purposes.

I found it in a "cars for sale" site: The description given was:

"Recently restored racing Delahaye 6 cilinder, 3557 cc, 3 solex carburators, Vented drumbrakes, 4 speed gearbox... Belgian registration + FIA papers"

Since it is registered in Belgium, perhaps I owe Djetset a point?
