Peter Brock's Superformance Brock Daytona?

No.
Whatever it is it does seem to use the Daytona's body, but it's not a Daytona Cobra at all by anyone..

If it's not a Cobra replica, is there a Datsun 260Z underneath?

Perhaps we should establish where this Cobra 'replica' was built.  Was it built in Japan?

Not Japan, no.
Although I replied 'No' to dzima1985's question in Reply #2 because that's not what this car is now, it would perhaps be fairer to say that is what it started out as before it became what it is now!

So to be clear : the car started out as a Cobra Daytona Replica (by Factory Five ?) but now it has been converted into another car ? Meaning that the engine and/or body has been changed ?

Yes, a Factory Five Cobra Daytona Replica body has been used to create something different.  Clearly the body is the same, so it must be mechanical..

It's an electric conversion by SSI Racing in San Diego called the 2S.S.I.C. Electric 65 Coupe, their website says 10 cars were/will be/maybe built in 2010
