believe it or not, this is a model for Citroën... design by Robert Opron and Gaston Juchet I believe. one of the studies for a compact 'F' car that only resulted in the Oltcit/Axel model and the more different GS.

..because this is exactly what it is!
However, I have a different designer for it plus I need to know from when it dates; both those answers will get the point, so it's locked for you to have a look into it and see what you can come up with.

you're right. the F was not by Opron but by Flaminio Bertoni who also did the DS, the 2cv and the Ami... Bertoni was a sculptor and lived by his models -he made endless series of them trying and perfecting.
my guess would be 1962-1963 since they we're working on the Fseries when they took over full control of Panhard :( in order to take out the competion of smaller cars...
