That is the AC Mamba concept from 2001, supposed to have a 3.5 V8 I think, I've only seen the front view (until now)

looks rendered, did AC ever build this?

That's it, yes.
I don't think it is a rendering but is probably a full-size mock-up. It certainly doesn't look like a driveable car..
