It is a Talon from 1973, yes.
But what sets this particular Talon apart from any others?
I was hoping to hear who actually built it (not who manufactured the kit!)..

Talon was built by cadets at the United States Air Force Academy.
The European version of the Talon, known as Matula (http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=7405.0)
