He seems to have been Leona Pinteau (1879-1970) and the Talbot, referred to as AUTOMOBILE PINTEAU Talbot Lago, is a 1.79m long job which is about to be sold at auction

Absolutely correct Allan and another point is added to your tally.
Apparently the car is fitted with a 250cc Gnome et Rhone engine.
