Does It have a  Lloyd engine? and was by walter schatzle?

Yes, it is the Lloyd 400-based prototype built by Walter Schätzle. It already shows the basic body design of the AWS Shopper (AWS = Autoteile Walter Schätzle). The Shopper was based on the Goggomobil platform though and had a body comprising of less rigid tubes.
