The tail reminds Ford Fairlane, but that's not a great deal. Is it a one-off custom?
I think Fabrizio is on the trail.
I remember this photo from decades ago but cannot find it again.
Maybe a Willys do Brasil 1956 Ford knockoff??
Bill
I don't know that it has anything to do with the Ford Fairlane and to be honest I have no idea how many were made; I don't think it was a custom one-off.

It isn't a Willys, no, but you're just about there with the date.

That's it, yes.
I'd love to see other photos of it if you or anyone has any to post?

(Champagne and fuchsia? I shudder to think!)
Done and thanks Ray!!
Bill
Thanks for that.
Colours sound quite exciting (gold and dark pink perhaps would conjure up a better image!) and not unlike many colours offered on US barges of the late 1950s.
When they say it's loaded with chrome, reminiscent of mid-60's American cars I think they're out by 10 years; more like 2nd half of the 1950s I would say.
I was going to add that it was powered by a 1928 Chevrolet engine but the article says it for me!
I'd like to share these two pictures I was sent today.
