This is the New W Motors Lycan Hypersport built in Dubai and Costs 3.2 Million Dollars and 0-60 in 2.8 Seconds

It is indeed the Lykan Hypersport (spelling of Lykan or Lycan seems to be optional) but although there may be Dubai money involved somewhere that's not where its builders are from nor where the car is to be built.

The car's body is made in Italy along with the interior. But they are originally from Beirut, Lebanon

is it Italian Magna Steyr Torino and German RUF Automobile. These pictures are hot. First interior shots of it

RUF and Magna Steyr are technical partners, yes, and the car actually has a Porsche engine.
But you still haven't said who actually builds the bodies.
Although you're an Expert now so technically can't participate in Rookie puzzles any more, this one is really your puzzle so I'll keep it locked for you to get your final Rookie point.

The Lykan Hypersport which is one of two models the other being the supersport. Believe it or not the bodies are made by the Italian coachbuilder Viotti. Hope everyone enjoys the first interior shots of the car
