Yes, it is indeed the first of the Friskys (or should that be Friskies?!).
But what was it known as* and who did it, to answer the questions first posed?
Since you've got the right car now I'll lock it for you for 24 hours to find out the rest of the info.

*The actual car itself for which this is the sketch has been puzzled here before..

Quite so!
Although it wasn't called "Bug" officialy but has gained that name afterwards, it wasn't called a Frisky yet either..
But when built it was the prototype for what developed into the Frisky.
