Apologies for the poor image but identify this car, who built it, the year and what it was based on for a point.

Fiat base?
There is a Fiat connection but the base car is not a Fiat (if that makes sense!)

Moretti based?
Yes!
I'll lock it for you to see if you can take it further.......
What model Moretti is it based on and who built it?

I suppose this is the base car.   Now I'll try to dig up the builder...not easy also because it's out of my usual subject.

Not that one - it's a smaller car although the body style is similar....
Have another try before I open it again

Ok, I think I've found it....it's based on Fiat 850 coupè Moretti (and not as I thought 124 coupè), and I suppose it was named Fiat Moretti 1000.  It should from about 1968.  Here you are another picture with Campedelli at the wheel.

That's it - well found!
My source tells me it's a Campedelli-Moretti 1000 Gp.6 built in 1970 by Sergio Campedelli of Verona.
It was based on a Fiat-Moretti 850SS.
Another point for you.
