What's this and who built it (not necessarily his actual name) - for 1 point?
The first person to ask if or suggest it is a Ferrari 308 replica will be deducted 1 point!

Scorpion Stratos Coupe?

it was called a Stratos and only 3 of them were produced in mid 1980s.
