It wa one of mine, I took that pic from a magazine clipping I found on the web and later someone (Otto or Ray?) added a better pic of it. I can't remember the name I have for it and it will take some time to find out now. If you want you can PM your name and I'll start from that.

Although it does look like a Thunderbird grille has been used I don't believe this car has anything else to do with Thunderbirds at all.
It is a one-off from the USA but I don't know exactly what it was based on..

It seems to be attached to the chassis; lifting/towing perhaps?
It's a flat-tow bar.
