Gerónimo Gnecco was an Argentine coachbuilder they made at least 100 of the Skoda based estate cars, but were really better know for their bus bodies.

I think that G.Gnecco hoped to realize a look-a-like Chevy Nomad wagon, ad the tail profile has almost the same design. It seems quite an accurate job.

Was there a Skoda factory (assembly) in Argentine. If yes what did they produce and when.

No there was never a Skoda factory in Argentina, only the bodies were made here and by independent coachbuilders.
