I found the puzzle image a while back while researching another puzzle. Did you block out the license plate yourself? As shown in the attached image, the puzzle image was reversed.

(I am not implying you reversed it. There are many copies of the reversed image out there.)

I didn't reverse the picture, it was how I found it - and I never even noticed it was RHD..!
I did paint out the registration, yes, but I never actually noticed that it was mirrored too.. D'oh!
