Identify this car and what it's based around correctly for 1 point:

It does but it's not one.
In fact it pre-dates the Prodrive...

Well it is based on the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution and has a motor from it.  I will have to keep looking for another name.  I only knew it under that name.

It is indeed based on the Evo.
Keep digging for that name; I know it's right because it's emblazoned across the rear plate..
I believe it's what this car morphed into.

Have only seen it called X-1 concept
I think the company changed to Xtreme Automobiles though.

Yes, in fact it is the Xtreme X-1, which is what it was later named.   It's Mitsubishi-based and has actually been around since 2003, although whether more than 1 was ever made I don't know.

It's front-engined, same as the car on which it's based.

no front view photo ? l'll donate one
here in my data based it's "X works" instead of Xtreme , and year l marked is 2007 ...
so ...l just remember it's in my database but it makes me searched a long time to find it
