What's this, by whom, from when - for 1 point?:

This should ne  Fiat 1100 B, by Bertone, from 1948. I would add, not perfectly restored.

I have re-checked with another web reference, just to be sure. The car was sold by a very reputable Belgian classics dealer.

It was designed by Michelotti in collaboration with Boano who was head of design at Ghia at the time - it was named "Gioiello". It was shown, and won a class medal, at the 1949 Villa d'Este concours , and although bought "off stand" it was loaned to Ghia and shown at the 1950 Turin Show. The engine was mildly tuned by Abarth.
