After barking up the wrong tree entirely for a while (although I found some other neat cars along the way), I now say this is a 1960 proposal for the Austin Healey 3000 done by Jensen. I think. Maybe.

The world of good-looking automobiles dodged a bullet there...

I thought that Carnut had photoshopped the badge - I didn't realise that it was that big. Very similar to Pininfarina's offerings of the time like the Peugeot 404 and Osca 1500, but somehow not quite "right".

Thank goodness I was on my work computer. They have excellent anti-virus software - but thanks for the heads-up.

It's not exactly ugly, but you're right, it's certainly nothing special. The classic "Big Healey" was, at least to my eyes, much more distinctive and better-looking than this proposal even if it was getting a bit dated by the 60's.

QuoteI thought it looked like a pumped-up Spridget..

Yep, that's it. I knew it reminded me of something.

Are any other views of this design proposal available?

I haven't seen any other pictures, no.
At least they had the good sense not to proceed with it but to stick with the 3000 until 1965 anyway.  Unfortunately they never actually directly replaced it with anything then..
More BMC mismanagement!
