VW is right but it's not a Corrado nor is it from 2006..

It is a proposal for the new Scirocco, yes.
I have it as a different year, but that might refer to when the car was scheduled to appear rather than the date of this proposal, so I'll give you the point for this.

I wasn't sure whether it was just a rendering or whether one was made, but I did think if they had actually made one, even a mock-up, it would probably have been better known than this.
