Shoot, I literally just ran across this two days ago.
It's a Nissan Stagea. Not sure of the year, probably 2004.

I'm not sure...all I can find is a bunch of mentions about "M35." Is that like a tuner or the Infiniti model?

It is a Nissan M35 StageA, yes, but it's not modified by Nissan themselves.

Hmm. Since he's good with the unlock than I'll throw in my two cents while its still down here with the rookies. As already discussed, it is a Nissan Stagea on the M35 platform. It was built by a "Yasurin" from the Osaka area in Japan.

There is a whole website dedicated to the building of this one-off custom Stagea, which is said to be "the nearest thing you can get to a Skyline wagon"!
