Yes indeed, the one and only Mk II.

When in 1959 Armstrong Siddeley merged with Bristol Aero Engines, their car division was given the axe. At that moment a Mk II version was being planned to replace the Star Sapphire in 1961. Already one prototype was built which should have been displayed at the 1960 Earls Court Motor Show, but never made it. However this one and only Mk II version is still around. Bristol used it for chauffeuring the then Chairman of Bristol Siddeley Engines Ltd, Sir Arnold Hall, but sold it in 1966.  Compared to the Mk I, the prototype features several cosmetic upgrades including twin-headlamps, large wrap-around rear window and 15-inch wheels. The interior was also given an upgrade including built-in headrests that converted into picnic tables. Too bad this Mk II never went in production, it would have been a very fine automobile.

Yup. But "cosmetic upgrades" is debatable.
