There are puzzle cars that I could post, but I try & leave some cars for others to post in the future. Has it crossed your mind, to possibly leave some of these cars for other autopuzzlers' to post as puzzles? Or no, are they all to be posted by you Carnut? I am just asking you, in a friendly fashion, why must you post every single puzzle car?

I'll post what I like ValkyrieGT.
Feel free to post what you like too and to answer all my puzzles and get the points if you wish.

ValkyrieGT: it isn't up to you to judge other puzzlers what cars and how many they like to post or not. Try to look at your own business. Actually I thought it would work fine since you were allowed to be part of the community again. :eyebrow:

I think, perhaps ValkyrieGT's choice of words may have been interpreted as snarky, when perhaps he was saying it with intended humor.
I suggest we give him the benefit of the doubt. :2¢:

Okay maybe a 'foreign' language error, but some (experienced) doubts remain...

I don't think so. ValkyrieGT's mother tongue is English AFAIK, same as mine, and I read no humour there (or humor!).
I thought he had learned from past experience but this is a bit of a return to form. I suggest he nips it in the bud.

I am sorry, I mean no offense to you Carnut. I know you are an enthusiast of automobiles, just as we all are. I know you enjoy finding puzzle cars to post as we all do, it is your right.

OK fine. No offence taken.
I get most of my enjoyment from finding puzzles as it's much harder for Pro's to solve them..

Carnut, please do continue posting your seemingly endless range of puzzle pictures, so many unknown to me as I enjoy them very much.

Will do! It's an addiction I would need medication to get me off!

I didn't intend to get involved in this , ermmm, discussion, but for what it's worth.....
a) some people like solving puzzles
b) some people like finding puzzles for others to solve
End of discussion. IMO.
(BTW I dread to think how much time Carnut spends finding these puzzles - maybe Mrs. Carnut needs some company ;D)

Way too much!
What surprises me though is that all the hours I spend trawling for new puzzles, using certain keywords to find the kind of car I'm looking for, just how rarely I stumble across the answer to an already-posted puzzle. This is why I'm so often surprised when a puzzler answers what I think is an incredibly obscure puzzle almost instantly. They must know a lot more about how to use Google than I do, because stumbling across answers just doesn't seem to happen - to me, anyway.
-
Meanwhile I think a little different on finding obscurities. It's very unlikely that one person alone finds all of these difficult puzzles, but the chance that somebody finds them or already has it saved somewhere is very big considering the number of registered members here. If you got the right books and magazines it's even more probable.
I must say that I lost track a little on my own sources. Frequently it happens that I find already solved cars in my own books months later. :-\
BUT: I'm still stunned when somebody solved cars that only can be found on not car related pages even more if you can't find them with any given key-words.

I couldn't agree more
