That's right.
The caption on the picture actually says it's a 1965 sketch for a 1968 De Soto but that is clearly wrong..
The sketch is dated by John Samsen in the bottom right and I think it says 12th November 1959, so you're not far off with 1960..  At first I thought it said 1955 and the caption was a decade out, but I don't think it looks quite as early as 1955.  But if anyone knows better...

According to information I found, from an old interview with John Samsen, this particular proposal drawing was done by him, in 1955, as a proposal for the 1959 DeSoto.

Thanks.  That's almost what I had it filed as (1955 drawing for a 1958 model) but looking very closely I thought that maybe his date in the bottom right, that I originally thought said '55', did in fact read '59', so I changed my mind!

I'll change it back again..!
