A precise identification and complete answer will earn you two points.
This will be much more than I know (which amounts to peanuts).

If you haven't registered, you need to do so in order to answer.
Good luck!

This roadster was built from a 1958 Edsel Pacer 4 door sedan by Ritchie Cockerline. The body was modified by narrowing eight inches at the rear deck, thirteen inches at the newly fabricated cowl. The body was shortened, and the doors are the original rear doors of the sedan. Engine is a later Ford 302ci. V8 with later automatic transmission that's modified to use the Edsel "Teletouch" pushbutton shifting in the center of the steering wheel.

A fine complete ID. Although not perfect (I'm not fond of the moon discs on this car, and wondering what's happening with the door), I thing it's a great idea and impressively done job. Here are the original pics at the 2013 Bonneville Speed Week.
