Title: Solved - NEH 2990: Heuliez Rolls-Royce Cloudesque for the Sultan of Brunei

What's this, by whom, for whom and from approximately when - for 1 point:

Rolls Royce Phantom VI 1977-1978 made by Mulliner Park Ward, a present from the British Motor Industry for Queen Elisabeth II for her Silver Jubilee.
Is it the one?

It is, I believe, a 1995 Phantom VI by perhaps Mulliner-Park Ward for the Sultan of Brunei, one of the worlds most avid car collectors with over 5,000 cars in his collection.

Edit:  Sorry, it is by Bertone, one of two, and it was called Cloudesque, just found my notes.

Mostly correct but that's not the coachbuilder I have!

OK, Never, Never trust the Internet.

The same website dealing with such subjects list two coachbuilders for the same series of photos of this car in different articles
Now, I will say Heuliez of France who apparently built two of them.
