It's RHD, and the whitewall tyres suggest warmer climate than UK. Australia?

Thanks to Nic who gave me the right keyword I found it on my HD again. It's a Buchanan Holden with a special body.
This particular car was built in 1958 by Keith Short of East Maitland N.S.W.
