Yes, it's a Velorex from 1960.
I also need the model for the point though.

Velorex 435 D

That's the one, yes.
I think the puzzle picture might be the original prototype, but here are colour pictures of others:

Are you sure it is a 435D and not a 435?

At the time I posted it I researched it as much as I could to satisfy myself exactly which model this was, as most sites picturing it don't say.  At the time I was happy this was a 435 D and not a 435, but if you have a look and can show me otherwise I could be persuaded I'm wrong..

I checked carefully and I am nearly certain the 435 D is the pick up similar to the Fiat 500. Car in your puzzle is the 1959/60 prototype 435.

I confirm that's a 435, while the 435D is the pick up from 1966-7.  The prototype was different, as you can see in the picture below.

Yes, I've been looking too and it seems the 1960 prototype was just called the 435 whilst the later pick-up was the 435 D.  There was also the 435-0, the better-known rather crude-looking 4-wheeler which seems to have been made in some numbers.  It seems all the 4-wheeled Velorexes were called 435 or 435 with some suffix or other?
