Looks like South Africa to me, maybe Roy Hesketh Circuit, or early Kyalami. Not a clue about the car, though, so please don't lock if I'm right about the country :)

It's very close to South Africa. Not locked.

Spot on! The same Vic Wilson, I believe, who raced in F1 for Team Chamaco Collect in their BRM P261, without success.
