I can,t find the name of the person who built this,but he started designing and building it in 1959.it had a 33hp. engine,and a vw front end,I hope I have it correct?

I believe it was called the 1962 home made special,and was fitted with a mazda 1300 engine,and modified in 1972,but was built around a Austin 7-?

Yes, it doesn't seem to have an actual name..
It was indeed based around a 1930s Austin 7 modified to produce a heady 33 bhp; when that wasn't enough and didn't produce the performance its looks might suggest the builder put in the Mazda 1300 engine and Nissan Bluebird gearbox. There are also VW suspension parts.
