What's this and from when does it date, for 1 point?:

You've nearly answered all that's necessary for the point, as I don't know who was responsible for it; I just want what it is and when it's from.

But, hmmm, not easy.
There's nothing like it in Bill Emeyson's book.
It could be an Elliot, Westland even a Duncan.
So it's probably a special bodied roadster, maybe by a privateer?
It's as much fun to scare as to be scared

I couldn't find anything else out.
